One Cake A Day For Three Days: Part 1

So today begins my one cake a day fun. What this means is that for three days I'm going to me making three different cakes all for the sake of charity. I originally was going to make cake pops but decided to just make them into balls. Same concept as the pops just without the lollipop stick. Yummy!

So today's cake is a Moist Yellow Cake courtesy of Bakerella.com.


I forgot to take picture during the process (and it would have been nice to have some pictures of me actually making the cake). But here are some of them on the cooling rack.

And I made some yummy buttercream frosting to go with them. I will never buy frosting again.

One cake down, two more to go. Next up, Red Velvet Cake.
