Green Cake For a St. Patrick's Birthday

Finally I can put this up without worrying about my mother-in law.

For my mother-in laws birthday I made her a cake. A green cake with irish cream butter cream filling. Yum Yum. Now I was afraid that I put too much of the irish cream into the cake but it actually came out pretty good. Every cake is a work in progress though but I'm glad she enjoyed it. Yes I know the happy birthday writing was sloppy but the all I had to use was a toothpick dipped in green coloring. Oh well. Better luck next time.
