Cake Ball?

I know I said I would be back next week, but I gotten a question from a friend of mind about cake balls. Well girlly here's what they are.

These lovely little treats are just cake made to look like a piece of chocolate you get from your favorite valentine day box. Your cake is crumbed and mixed with frosting to create a dough which is then rolled into balls and dipped into your favorite chocolate to make these beauties. Yum yum yum. And if you want to get fancier, just put them on a lollipop stick and they become these:

Now believe it or not, things like this are actually sold, or should I say served, in fancy restaurants as a dessert. (I watch too much Food Network so that's how I know.) They are danty and very elegant. Plus the things you can do with them are endless. Check out Bakerella.com, the cake pop lady, to see all the other ideas and designs along with recipes for different desserts you can make.

  2. That means I would have to buy dry ice and I don't know where to get them, nor do I really wanna have it in the house with mister "I touch everything" around. I guess whenever I see you I'll make sure I make them.
